Theme for the Conference is “The art of Service Integration”

The Conference is the meeting point for IT Service management stakeholders in Denmark – Two professional days, where the focus is on Exchange of experience and networking. This year we have again great International participation and a full program of exciting lectures, discussions, cases, and workshops.
The focus of this year’s Conference is to answer questions such as: How can we work together with our customers and suppliers while the scope and complexity of integration increases? How will the IT organization’s role change? How will Service Integration affect our proven processes? How will our tools will be improved? – and – we need new skills to cope with our services?

Core Track
This track deals on the basics, IE. down to Earth IT processes, and how they can be used in a world with widespread Service Integration. This will touch topics such as LEAN, SIAM (Service Integration and management) and ITIL.

Specialist Track
This track focuses on issues where the participants are expected to have a basic knowledge, which they will bring to a higher level. Here we will work with GDPR (personal data protection regulation), practical implementation of SIAM and Cognitive Service management.
